What happens when I cancel my Premium subscription?

Your subscription ends on our payment system (i.e. Stripe) and no further charges are made. Your Premium access remains active for 45 days 🎁.

Will I be notified of my Premium subscription renewal?

Absolutely. Our payment partner Stripe sends you a notification every month, 7 days before your subscription is renewed.

Can the recipient keep the eCard?

Yes, the recipient can export the eCard as a PDF, regardless of whether the eCard's author is using the Free or Premium version of Caard.

Do you offer printing and postal delivery?

No, we do not currently offer printing and postal delivery. Sending and receiving your eCard is done digitally via the magic link you share with the recipient.

I lost access to my eCard I created as an anonymous user.

Don’t worry, we can transfer the eCard you lost access to, to the account of your choice. Just contact us by providing the link to the card or its title.
