How do I send a group card with Caard?

Do you offer printing and postal delivery?

No – We do not offer printing or postal delivery at this time. Your online card is sent and received digitally through the magic link you share with the recipient.

What are the limitations of the free version?

In the Free version, you can add as many messages as you want, but only the last 5 messages of your cards are shown.

Older messages are blurred for everyone (you, the participants, and the recipient).

Upgrade to Premium to unlock all messages.

How do I upgrade to premium?

You can upgrade to Premium at any time from your account.

Will I be notified before my premium subscription renews?

Absolutely – Our payment partner Stripe sends you a notification each month, 7 days before your subscription renews.

Can I make a one-time payment?

Of course – You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time before your renewal date.

Your Premium access stays active for 45 days, and all messages on your online cards remain available during this period.
